Course Description:


 The History of Puerto Rico course will offer students’ knowledge and experiences related to: the history and geography of PR; in addition to the changes and environmental, social and cultural transformations that our island has gone through throughout its history.
During the development of the course an  ample opportunity is provided for the student to play an active role in the learning process: analyze and make judgments about historical events, and above all, react objectively on situations, facts and significant data of our history.

The class will be doing a  Puerto Rico  landscape collage on September 7.
This collage will cost 30 points and it will go to the assessment grade. 
 
Materials that will be using:
Beige folder
pictures of Puerto Rico landscape (mountains, rivers, valleys, etc)
scissors
glue
crayons/colored pencils
material for decoration (optional)
