Mrs. Leidi Ann Meléndez, our elementary level Spanish teacher, has been selected Distinguished Teacher Of TheYear. She will be recognized on February 20th, 2015 at the annual Convention of the Puerto Rico Private Education Association that will be held at the Puerto Rico Conventions Center in San Juan. All teachers will attend the activity. There will be no school. All teachers will attend the activity.
We want to congratulate also our 7th grade student, Rocío Quintana, who has been selected Distinguished Student Of The Year. The suggested criteria for selecting the student are: academic achievement, leadership, cooperation, high human values, civic work, participation in school activities and loyalty to the institution. She will also be recognized on February 18th, 2015 by the Puerto Rico Private Education Association. The activity will be held at the Puerto Rico Conventions Center in San Juan.
Their pictures were featured on Friday, February 13th, 2015 in a special Puerto Rico Private Education Association's supplement published in the "El Nuevo Día" newspaper.
