We are thrilled to announce our monthly recognition of Students of the Month at Washburn School. Since our establishment in 2003, this tradition celebrates students who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in academics, behavior, and community impact.

Selection Criteria:

Rubric evaluation based on Washburn's goals and values
Voting by staff and faculty members
Consideration of academic work, classroom behavior, and community engagement
This recognition is a testament to the exceptional qualities exhibited by our students, as well as the dedication and support provided by our teachers and staff. Parents or guardians are encouraged to join us in witnessing this well-deserved recognition.

Profile of a Washburn School Student:
At Washburn School, our students come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, religions, and nationalities. Yet, they all share a deep enthusiasm for learning. Year after year, our students achieve outstanding results on standardized tests, positioning Washburn among the highest-achieving schools on the island.
