Anyone that was absent today (11/13/18) please read the story " The Fun They Had" text pages 239-242. Then answer Comprehension Check questions on page 243 ,1-4 will be answered in the text. Answer number five in your notebook, please use at least 5 sentences to make the summary.

Don't forget Career Day will be held on 11/9/18.

Students should come to class prepared to give an oral report about the career that they are interested in. They should also have at least one item that a person working in that career would typically wear or use. 

 

Some information that can be added to the oral report :

 

1. What do you want to be when you grow up?

2. Where would you like to study?

3. Some of the classes that are necessary for your career.

4. Why does this career interest you?

5. How will you help your community ?
