We are pleased to inform you that on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 we will be proving the PSAT for 8th grade and on October 10, 2018 Washburn School will be providing the opportunity for students from 9th to 11th grade to take the PSAT/NMSQT (PRELIMINARY SAT & NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFYING TEST) this year.

Cost : $18

It allows 11th grade students to enter scholarship and recognition programs and provides younger students in grade 8 with early feedback on the academic skills necessary for college. Washburn is a college prep school and the results will help revise our curriculum and work with your child to achieve the acceptances and scholarships that our graduates have receieved, therefore the test is required for all students and it will be offered only one time at Washburn.

Students will receive free access to an SAT study plan, personalized lists of colleges, majors and careers, feedback and suggestions to improve academec skils among many other resources.
