He will study biology at the private four-year university founded in 1875 and will join his brother, Angel at the same university.
Adrián is a pitcher from Coamo, Puerto Rico who plays baseball and is looking to join the Park Pirates team in the NAIA (American Midwest Conference).
Adrian has two brothers, Angel and Andre, who graduated from Washburn School in 2016 and 2017.
Angel received a Park University scholarship as a college baseball player and has won countless awards as an athlete, including All American Third Team with NNMI and Heart Scholar Athlete. He will be a conditioning and strength coach for the team this year.
Andre signed with the Boston Red Sox upon graduation from Washburn School and currently plays double-A baseball in Puerto Rico with the Coamo Maratonistas while studying.

Adrián Colón Avilés, Senior 2021 de Washburn School en Ponce, fue aceptado en Park University en Kansas City, Missouri con becas atléticas y académicas que cubren todos sus estudios universitarios.
Estudiará biología en la universidad privada fundada en el 1875 y se unirá a su hermano Angel, que estudia en la misma universidad.
Adrián es lanzador (pitcher) en el deporte de béisbol y busca unirse al equipo de Park Pirates en la NAIA (American Midwest Conference).

Andre firmó con los Boston Red Sox al graduarse y actualmente juega beísbol doble A en Puerto Rico con los Marotonistas de Coamo mientras estudia en la isla.
