Bio

Middle and High School History Teacher 

Mother of two girls, 16 and 14 years old.
 

Bachelors Degree in Science, concentration in Biology. 

Former military service member with the Puerto Rico National Guard and also a military spouse.
 

My first experience as an educator was as a teacher assistant at Colegio La Milagrosa in Ponce, impacting all grades from Pre-K to 12th grade.

First experience as a teacher was in Ponce Value and Education Academy, POVEA, homeroom teacher for third grade, Social Studies teacher 3rd grade-6th grade and History Teacher for 7th-9th grade.

Then, at another private  school in Ponce where I was a History Teacher for high school groups. 

I started at Washburn School during the second semester of school year 2024-2025, as a substitute teacher and a history teacher.

Currently, I am learning Sign Language for the deaf community, with basic and intermediate courses approved and with certifications. On September 6, I will begin the Advanced Sign Language course.
