This morning, the students used the class time to complete their exam review. They should compare their work to the attached document that contains the answers. 

This morning, we read pages we read a nonfiction article about an ornithologist. Then, we read and discussed adaptations on pages 134-137. The students used the remainder of class time to work on their exam review. They will have the entire class tomorrow to work on this as well. 

This morning, we reviewed the desert ecosystem and the forest ecosystems. Then, we read and discussed the ocean and wetland ecosystems. We compared both ecosystems. Then, we completed workbook pages 52-53. We ended the class with notes. The students will need to complete these notes in order to received and work on their exam review in class tomorrow. 

This morning, we reviewed the characteristics of the desert ecosystem. Then, we read pages 124-125 and discussed the forest ecosystems. We completed workbook page 50. 

This morning, we reviewed our vocabulary words ecosystem and climate from yesterday. Then, we read and discussed pages 122-123 on deserts. 

This morning, we went over the answers for the review. At the end of the class, I checked and gave points for completed reviews. Students that have still not finished the review need to finish it for homework tonight. I will be checking for points tomorrow. 

We will be working on the exam reviews in class starting tomorrow. Students will receive a copy tomorrow and will be expected to work on answering the review in class.

This morning, we reviewed food chains and the vocabulary terms associated with them. We read pages 112-114 about food webs and decomposers.  To review and reinforce, we completed workbook pages 46-49.

Yesterday, we reviewed ecosystems. We read pages 108-111 and discussed food chains and their importance in ecosystems. Then, we finished page 45 in the workbook as a class.
